After starting my first glutathione supplement I got hooked with the idea of me achieving whiter skin. So I searched the internet and found Ishigaki! Know for being effective and cheap who wouldn't want to try this supplement.

I've read from numerous articles and talked to my pharmacist friend that glutathione isn't supposed to cause acne. That's why I didn't try waiting for months to see if it will gradually decrease the acne I'm getting while taking this. But overall, if you're not acne-prone, this is one of the supplements I do recommend for those who want lighter complexion in a short amount of time.
